I just want to say that I am impressed, challenged, and blown away by what is happening with some friends of mine. People (fairly normal people) are taking big risk to love and care. Caring is a risk it may cost you everything.

My deepest congrats go to Troy and Shari Tvrdik as they prep to go to Mongolia. God led them to move their family to make a difference amongst the people in Mongolia. They are just a normal midwestern family, but WOW!!! Amazing courage and faith. Check it out http://www.myspace.com/TvrdiksInMongolia

Then my friend Brad Riley. He has always followed God’s voice no matter where it led. Now, he is working to bring justice in the world. I cannot even begin to tell you how huge this is but check it out at http://www.iempathize.com Brad I am praying for you especially in November. You challenge me like no one else.

Romeo (my twin), Jeff Pessina, Max and the whole team at Frontline in the Phillipines, you continue to be in my heart. Romeo your unbridled passion to see people find Jesus is beautiful. Jeff your loving leadership heart is truly bearing fruit. And Max your desire to see things done right cannot be equalled. I miss you and pray that someday I can come back to catch up, but as fast and furious as you are moving I don’t know if I have the speed. http://www.thefrontlineasia.com

Then there is Yuisa and Carolyn and the “Happy Feet Project” providing shoes to people in Guatemala. Just normal people making a difference. Lynzee (my daughter) had a ball picking out some shoes to send.

Chacko and Jacob Thomas (same last name no relation) demonstrate a certain love for God and the people of India. God Bless “The Lighthouse” orphanage will be built by God’s grace…

Other friends that are stepping out into the unkown are Flavio and Andy. I just want to say I am proud to be friends with these people. I pray that God will let me know how to encourage with more than just words.

“Let’s ee how inventive we can be in encouraging love and helping out, not avoiding worship but spurring each other on, especially as we see the big Day approaching,” (Hebrews 10:24 The Message)
